FlipCo Financial is a growing private money lending company looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on empowering others to succeed. - Recruit, engage, retain, and motivate a team of account managers to build a high-energy team environment with sustained success
- Planning, coaching and mentoring Account Management team
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key performance indicators
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Motivating sales teams and leading them to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
- Continuously develop personal leadership and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company standards are met by holding regular check-ins with team to set objectives and monitor progress regularly
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or other related fields
- Required: 2+ years’ experience in a sales management role- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to product and value positioning
- Strong written & verbal communication skills; works well with other functional groups, & can communicate effectively with all levels of the company & external business partners
- Comfort with fast-paced, always-on environment
- Computer software knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
- Must be able to work at minimum 40 hours per week
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, motivator
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
- Ability to influence across all levels and functions of the organization
- Strong cross-functional, project management and leadership skills
- Both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement
- Ability to work in time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines
- All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English, bilingualism preferred
