Immediate need for a talented Sales Manager to handle the State of Wisconsin. This is an outside sales position with the company's headquarters located in Barrington, IL. - Refer to the RMB playbook for direction on plants we call on and principal’s capabilities and target sales
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Learn about our principals and maintain knowledge on the products and services we offer.
- Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers
- Maintain sales pipeline and document updates into HubSpot CRM.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Participate in territory review calls with RMB staff and RMB Team calls with principals
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Effectively use tools such as HubSpot and Linkedin to meet sales goals.
- Reference the RMB playbook for target equipment found in each type of plant and areas to focus efforts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients.
- Take lead and ownership of our customers and opportunities. Team up with our principals only as needed, leveraging past history that they may have with the customer. They are readily available to support the sale.
