Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Southern Ontario. A full office suite is provided at our Dundas HQ, and remote home office time is acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the leadership, further development, and success of our sales team by virtue of accountability, implementing strategies, assessing KPI’s, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include communication with the sales team and intercompany department heads, ensuring the reps are meeting sales targets, visiting clients, and achieving customer satisfaction. Regular joint visits to site with your team, training and sustaining their performance, and accountability, are key responsibilities of the role too.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in Sales, Team Leadership, Business Development, and Maintaining Customer Relationships

· Strong background in developing and executing Sales Strategies

· Knowledge of compressed air systems or industrial equipment

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets

· Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements

· Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

· Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage

· Valid Driver’s License

· Valid Passport
