Sales Engineer Trainee

We are searching for a Sales Engineer Trainee for future opportunities within our ESP division in the Permian market.

What You Will Do:

- As a recent college graduate, the Sales Engineer Trainee will complete a six-month training program, rotating through assignments in various functional areas of the business.

- The program will prepare the Trainee for successful entry into the Sales organization.

- Upon successful completion of the program, the Sales Engineer Trainee will be placed in one of the four core areas: Customer Engagement, Applications, Optimization, or Project Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

- Excellent customer relations service skills including the ability to explain and train

- Problem Solving

- Innovation

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade and collaborate

- Negotiation skills

- Organization and time management skills

- Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers

- Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

- The employee is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.

- The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
