Sales Engineer

Skyway Precision is seeking a talented Program Manager to oversee our innovative projects. The Program Manager is responsible for developing new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities while also overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers,

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Communicate customer complaints/issues with appropriate department (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, etc.) and collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve any and all customer complaints/issues.

- Support the quoting and launch phases of new business.

- Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

- Frequent travel required.

- Perform special assignments as delegated.

- Support compliance with Skyway Precision’s Quality Policies and Procedures.

- Support ISO14001 / IATF16949 Continuous Improvement requirements.

General Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in related field.

- 5 or more years of experience in Program Management within the production or manufacturing field.

- 5 or more years of industry specific knowledge/experience. (CNC Machining, Casting Processes, Engine Components).
