We’re growing our U.S. sales team and looking for an experienced, motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead business development and customer relationships across Southern Minnesota.
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographic region. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong technical aptitude and a passion for helping customers find solutions that improve their operations.

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow sales and market share in Southern Minnesota.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on-site visits, product demos, and presentations to manufacturing customers.
- Partner with inside sales, service, and marketing teams to strengthen customer relationships and promote company offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports.
- 3–7 years of experience in outside sales, ideally in industrial equipment, fabrication machinery, or manufacturing technology.
- Proven success managing a regional or multi-state territory.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable with technical discussions and long sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.- Competitive base salary ($70K–$85K) + uncapped commission (OTE $100K–$130K).

Pay: $70,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year (base + uncapped commission) Benefits:
