Technical Sales Engineer

We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Engineer that has experience or knowledge with the following:

· Engineer, Procurement, Construction (EPC)

· Mechanical Engineering

· Electrical Engineering

· Controls and Automation

· PLC/ HMI functionality

· SCADA Programming and Configuration

· Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings

· Ability to generate sales leads

Markets that we are currently working in or could work in include:

· Oil and Gas – Upstream, Midstream, Downstream

· Industrial

· Government

· Aerospace

· Renewables

· Manufacturing

· Food and Beverage

· Commercial

Qualifications:

· Bachelors or Associates Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Management

·Preferred technical degree: Industrial Distribution, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering

· Understanding of general contracts, purchasing principles, and policies

· Ability to excel in a high visibility position

· Proficient in Microsoft Applications

· Successful account management experience

· Self-motivated, proactive and flexible

· Ability to apply math skills and critical thinking

· Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication
