Job Summary:

This position is responsible for resolving all customer deductions or unpaid invoices and issuing credits to offset the deductions as needed. They are also responsible for preparing and sending the customer scorecards and other tasks as needed to help the business evaluate current conditions as well as business trends.

Required Education/Experience:

•

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred (ideally in business, finance, accounting or a related field)

•

Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration, especially with accounting, credit and quality teams

•

Working knowledge of accounting principles

•

Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

•

Experience working with customer accounts, deductions, credits, or return material authorization (RMA) processes preferred.

•

Experience with Power Bi, SharePoint, CompliantPro, and PVelcoity preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

•

Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in compliance with company procedures.

•

Run and distribute customer scorecards; verify data accuracy and resolve any reporting issues.

•

Act as the primary backup for the Reporting Analyst, ensuring continuity during absences.

•

Monitor and respond to Customer Deduction Process (CDP) emails; coordinate with Credit and Quality teams to resolve issues within 60 days.

•

Maintain and track Return Material Authorizations (RMAs); ensure timely processing and credit issuance.

•

Issue and match customer credits; support monthly credit reporting for Customer Service and Accounting.

•

Assist with CompliantPro activities and provide cross-coverage for the broader support team as needed.
