As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be joining a global team and working closely with the Regional Sales Managers and Sales Team based in Canada contributing to our goals and mining client engagement.

What You'll Do Every Day:
Imagine yourself as the go-to person for our sales team and customers. You'll be:
•Assisting with the orders, from initial processing to final delivery, working closely with our manufacturing and logistics teams.
•Crafting accurate and compelling quotations that help us win new business.
•Ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up on payments, contributing to our financial health.
•Providing exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied.
•Maintaining our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Epicore) systems with accurate data, ensuring seamless information flow.
•Collaborating with various internal teams to meet customer expectations.
Key Relationships:
•Sales and Order Fulfillment:
•Drive smooth order processing from start to finish, collaborating closely with internal teams.
•Provide vital support to the sales team by delivering product information and resolving customer challenges.
•Customers & Suppliers: Offer support to ensure product satisfaction.
•Other Product Development Teams: Engage in knowledge transfer, training, and collaborative projects.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
•Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
•Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
•Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar support role.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Familiarity with any ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus but will not disqualify).
•Prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, particularly with piping or reading drawings, is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
