Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our TEM at Total Environmental Management, Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing and sales-related inquiries in our Northern California Branch. This dynamic role supports both the marketing and business development departments by assisting with incoming communications, learning departmental operations, and developing a clear understanding of how marketing and sales contribute to TEM’s growth. A strong focus is placed on building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential clients and vendors, while reinforcing TEM’s customer-first culture.
Responsibilities
•Acts as the central liaison between the So. Cal and Nor Cal Business Development team and administrative staff, streamlining communication and operational flow.
•Manages inventory and coordinates orders for TEM-branded promotional materials and business cards specific to the Northern California region.
•Leads coordination of TEM-sponsored marketing events such as golf tournaments, trade shows, mixers, and customer relationship maintenance.
•Effectively prioritizes and manages sales and marketing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless business operations.
•Maintains and updates sales reports using internal systems, supporting data-driven decision-making.
•Supports sales performance tracking by maintaining accurate sales and marketing metrics.
•Prepares and delivers quotes for spot cooler projects and provides emergency quote support to the Business Development team as needed.
•Compiles and submits complete job closeout documentation to ensure project accountability.
•Partners with Sales TEM to confirm all required documentation is accurate and complete prior to job execution.
Requirements
•Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Experience with sales and general Microsoft software products is a plus.
•Familiarity with event planning, or event coordinating.
