We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive the company’s growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role provides essential administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth operation of daily sales activities.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documents
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, records, and information in CRM systems
- Coordinate communication between sales staff, clients, and internal departments
- Track sales orders, ensure accurate processing, and follow up on delivery timelines
- Generate and update sales reports, metrics, and forecasts
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Support planning and execution of sales campaigns, events, and meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, construction industry, or coordination roles is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms, virtual meeting software, and basic data analysis (Excel/Sheets).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
