We deliver propane and furnace oil for home heating, bulk fuel for farmers and commercial accounts, as well as a 24 hour self-serve Cardlock fueling station that is part of the IPN network. In addition, we have an HVAC division that installs and services the most efficient furnace in today’s market.

Position Responsibilities

•

Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner via phone and e-mail.

•

Setup new customer accounts and book sales visits.

•

Monitor info@arthursfuel.commailbox, and transfer e-mail requests to the correct parties

•

Greet customers at reception

•

Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.

•

Maintain customer records in PetroPlus

•

Assist with other projects/tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

•

High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education an asset.

•

Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

•

Must be able to work in-person Monday to Friday

•

Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills

•

Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

•

Customer Service experience an asset.

•

Computer literacy is required

•

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
