•Action: Prepare and distribute comprehensive morning KPI reports covering builds, closes, and door-knocking activities. Highlight performance metrics and flag any issues requiring immediate attention.
•Outcome: Provide Sales Manager with accurate, timely data to guide daily coaching priorities and resource allocation decisions.
•Pipeline Management & CRM Enforcement (Daily):
•Action: Quality control all CRM data entry, highlight "stuck" or "silent" files, send reminders to PMs for incomplete updates or other items, and ensure Acculynx/Spotio data integrity.
•Outcome: Maintain a clean, accurate sales pipeline that allows for reliable forecasting and prevents deals from falling through cracks.
•Training & Development Support (Weekly):
•Action: Schedule and prepare materials for bi-weekly sales training sessions, distribute invites, record sessions, and coordinate training logistics.
•Outcome: Enable consistent, high-quality training cadence that contributes to PM skill development and performance improvement.
•Field Observation Coordination (Weekly):
•Action: Set ride-along schedules, update calendar, and coordinate transportation needs for Sales Manager's field coaching activities.
•Outcome: Maximize the Sales Manager's field coaching effectiveness by optimizing scheduling and logistics.
•Sales Meeting & Documentation Management (Weekly):
•Action: Prepare meeting agendas, KPI printouts, and document meeting notes. Distribute action items and follow up on completion status.

Must Haves
•2+ years of experience with CRM systems and data workflow management

•Experience supporting sales teams of 8+ members
