We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Sales Assistant to support our sales team in daily operations and client interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in sales and grow within a fast-paced and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups
•
Prepare and organize sales documents and client records
•
Schedule and confirm appointments with potential and existing clients
•
Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and support
•
Help track sales performance and compile reports for management
•
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
Qualifications Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
•
Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales environment
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
