Hytorc is the world leader in industrial bolting technology. We sell hydraulic, pneumatic and battery torque tool solutions along with a line of self reacting fasteners. Our local office in Perryopolis is an authorized repair center and also offers on-site repairs and calibration services. We also offer complimentary products thru the company Russ Industrial Solutions to provide a complete service from a sales and service perspective.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for development and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to work independently, strong work ethic, understanding of oil and gas industry. This is a tremendous opportunity to work for a reputable and growing company for someone with limited experience and also a seasoned professional.

Duties

- Conduct day to day sales and service calls to existing customers from one of our mobile service vans where tooling and parts are available for a point of sale ( much like the snap on van )

- Manage customer relationships with our many sales and service offerings.

- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Demonstrated ability to identify customer problems and offer solutions based on improved safety, efficiency and quality improvements.

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

- Mechanical and technical mentality to understand our products but potentially offer on-site quick repair service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
