At Avail Solar, we’re more than just a solar company — we’re a full-service home efficiency partner. As part of our growing roofing division, we’re looking for a Roofing Crew Manager to lead and oversee high-performing teams, ensure quality workmanship, and keep projects on track and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the roofing crew

- Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards

- Coordinate job site logistics, materials, and inspections

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

- Train, coach, and manage crew performance

- Communicate progress, issues, and needs with office staff and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Solid understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation

- Ability to read plans and follow safety protocols

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

- $50,000 – $80,000 base salary + bonus (depending on experience)

- Performance-based bonuses
