We’re expanding our Roofing Division and looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our winning team. Backed by over 60 years of combined sales and home services experience, we offer hands-on mentorship, a positive team culture, and a clear path to success.

What You’ll Do

- Go door-to-door in strategically targeted neighborhoods where On Point already has a strong presence and proven need for our products.

- Engage homeowners and schedule appointments for our Roofing Sales Consultants.

- Represent the On Point Home brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Follow up with prospects and generate referrals from satisfied customers.

- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and monthly team outings.

Note: You’re not closing sales — your goal is to spark interest and set high-quality appointments. Compensation & Perks

- Pay per sit + 3% commission on top-line sales from your appointments.

- Uncapped commissions – the harder you work, the more you earn.

- Generous bonuses for hitting targets.

- Appointment Setters typically earn $60k–$100k+ per year; top performers exceed $150k.

Training & Mentorship

- Full hands-on training – we don’t believe in “sink or swim.”

- Work side-by-side with seasoned setters and sales professionals.

- Learn valuable sales and communication skills you can use for life.

Qualifications

- Great verbal communication skills & a positive attitude.

- Willingness to listen, learn, and apply coaching.

- Comfortable working on your feet and outdoors (heat, cold, etc.).

- No prior experience required — just bring your work ethic!

Requirements

- Reliable transportation.

- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 20–40 hours per week.
