Your Role:

- Travel between job sites, ensuring roofing installations consistently meet our rigorous standards.

- Work with and assist existing leadership in the field

- Diagnose and promptly address onsite roofing challenges and technical issues.

- Effectively communicate with customers about roofing project status, expectations, and outcomes.

- Conduct thorough installation inspections during the install to ensure crews are following guidelines

- Solve challenges with materials, unseen issues during install and service work.

What We Look For:

- Proven expertise in residential roofing and comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems and materials.

- Prior experience managing roofing crews and overseeing installations from start to finish a plus but not required.

- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of quickly resolving roofing-specific issues onsite.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.64 - $33.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
