Job Overview

We are a seasonal company and open in October. We will be taking phone interviews at this time. We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in remodeling and construction, with hands-on experience using various hand tools. As an Installer, you will be responsible for executing installation tasks on RV roofs, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in following instructions and an eye for details will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

- Execute installation tasks according to project specifications.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation projects.

- Perform frame carpentry and trim carpentry as required by the project scope.

- Ensure all installations are sealed and level.

- Collaborate with team members sites to maintain workflow efficiency.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process, providing solutions as needed.

Requirements

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Strong listening skills and able to follow instructions.

- Able to lift 50lbs.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on site.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- A maintenance person mentality with the ability to adapt to various tasks as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
