Roofing Integration Foreman

About the Role:

Sagebrush Energy is looking for a hands-on, experienced roofing professional to lead our roofing and structural integration work as we expand into full-scope solar + roofing services. This role is ideal for a foreman or crew lead who holds (or is eligible for) a Nevada C-15 Roofing License and wants to grow with a fast-moving, locally owned energy company.

As our Roofing & Solar Integration Foreman, you’ll oversee roof-related scopes across residential and small commercial solar installations. This includes structural assessments, repairs, reroofs, and waterproofing tied to solar and battery storage projects—with opportunities to take on traditional roofing work as we grow.Key Responsibilities

- Lead all roofing-related site work for solar and battery storage installations

- Perform and supervise tear-offs, underlayment, flashing, dry-in, and reroofs

- Coordinate structural prep for roof-mounted solar, including reinforcement when needed

- Collaborate with solar crew leads and project managers on install sequencing and safety

- Ensure roofing work meets Nevada building codes and industry best practices

- Communicate clearly with clients when on-site regarding roofing scope and any recommended repairs

- Maintain detailed job site documentation and ensure timely completion of roofing tasks

- Provide training and guidance to crew members on proper roofing techniques

- Help the company prepare for C-15 licensing if not yet held, and potentially serve as license holder

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional roofing experience, including supervisory or foreman-level work

- Strong knowledge of composition shingle, tile, and metal roofing systems

- Comfortable working on steep-slope and multi-surface roofs

- Holds or is qualified to obtain a Nevada C-15 Roofing License (preferred but not required to start)

- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

- Familiarity with solar mounting systems and structural integration is a plus (training available)

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $30.63 - $36.89 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
