Roofing and Windows Sales Representative

Overview

Duties

- Perform quality roof, attic, and window inspections, clearly communicating findings to potential clients.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored roofing and window solutions.

- Present professional demos explaining product lines, features, and benefits.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with leads.

- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to clients.

Experience

- Proven experience with in-home sales.

- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and close sales.

- A proactive approach to managing client relationships and driving sales growth.

Compensation

This role offers a base salary of $26,000 annually, with a robust performance-based pay structure. Sales Representatives can earn weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses, in addition to commission on each job sold. Our pay structure rewards hard work and success, providing high-performing team members with significant income growth opportunities.
