Job Summary:
Green Bear Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing & Solar Sales Executive to drive large-scale projects for building owners, developers, and commercial property managers. This role combines the stability of roofing with the high-growth potential of renewable energy solutions.
- Full-service capabilities — roofing, solar carports, rooftop solar, and energy storage
- Competitive commission structure + performance bonuses- Engineering, procurement, and installation support for both roofing & solar
- Training on commercial incentives, tax credits, and financing strategies
- Access to company-generated leads and bid opportunities
- Develop and manage relationships with commercial property owners, real estate developers, and corporate facility managers
- Identify opportunities for roofing replacements, upgrades, and solar integration
- Prepare and present detailed proposals with ROI and energy savings analysis
- Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
- Stay current on industry trends, financing programs, and building codes- 3+ years of commercial roofing, solar, or construction sales experience - Proven track record closing high-value projects ($250K+)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes
- Knowledge of tax incentives, energy credits, or commercial financing is a plusPotential Earnings: $120K–$250K+ annually Territories Available: Multiple states
