Overview
Green Bear Solutions is a fast-growing solar and roofing EPC with a proven track record of success across Texas and multiple states. We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager (Insurance Focused)to lead insurance-driven restoration projects while leveraging our huge pipeline of existing relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients.
This is not a cold-start role—you will be stepping into an active pipeline with projects already lined up, giving you the opportunity to immediately generate results and grow your book of business. The right candidate will combine sales ability, insurance knowledge, and project management expertise to drive revenue and deliver high-quality roofing solutions to our commercial partners.
- Leverage Green Bear’s extensive network of insurance adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and contractors to drive new commercial roofing projects.
- Represent Green Bear as the trusted partner for insurance restoration, building on relationships we already have in place.
- Educate property owners on their insurance claim rights and advocate for fair coverage and maximum claim approvals.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and property management meetings to maintain visibility and expand opportunities.
- Navigate the insurance claims process from inspection through settlement, ensuring clients receive the coverage they deserve.
- Provide professional inspections, scopes, and damage assessments for commercial roofs.
- Create proposals and negotiate contracts to close projects efficiently and profitably.
- Drive revenue by expanding insurance claim projects while cross-selling Green Bear’s full suite of roofing and energy services.
- Manage all phases of roofing projects, ensuring they are on-time, on-budget, and on-quality.
- Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth operations.
- Perform site visits to ensure quality control and client satisfaction.
- Track documentation including contracts, change orders, budgets, and reports.
- Maintain strict safety and compliance standards.
- Experience in commercial roofing, project management, or insurance restoration sales required.
- Proven success in client-facing roles with property managers, adjusters, or commercial building owners.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, insurance claim processes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, scopes, and create estimates.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
