We are seeking a skilled Roll Forming Specialist to set up, operate, and maintain roll forming lines used in the production of precision metal profiles and components. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with metal forming, tooling setup, machine troubleshooting, and quality control in a high-paced manufacturing environment. Roll forming Machine & tooling building/ design is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, adjust, and operate roll forming machines (single or multiple lines).

- Install and align roll tooling, guides, and cutoff dies according to job specifications and blueprints.

- Perform routine quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.

- Diagnose and correct machine issues, material jams, or tooling problems to minimize downtime.

- Monitor coil feeding, straightening, and forming processes for consistency and precision.

- Assist with preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor mechanical repairs.

- Collaborate with engineering and tooling teams to optimize product quality and machine efficiency.

- Maintain accurate production records and report on output, scrap, and downtime.

- Follow all safety procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ experience operating roll forming equipment.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of roll tooling design principles.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.

- Experience with steel, aluminum, or galvanized materials.

- Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and servo control systems.

- Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
