Robotics Program Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Program Manager Coordinator to support a fast-paced Robotics Program. This role focuses on governance adherence, documentation quality, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects move forward with consistency and accountability.

Responsibilities

- Apply program governance frameworks, standards, and workflows

- Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, compliance logs, and checklists

- Prepare and format professional documents and presentations (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, SharePoint)

- Track tasks, deadlines, action items, and project dashboards

- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions

- Support robotics deployments, field operations, demos, and training events

- Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance

- Draft clear communications, summaries, and reports

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, communication, and technical writing skills

- Experience supporting technical, engineering, or compliance-driven programs

- Working knowledge of FAA regulations (Part 107 and Part 61)

- Familiarity with robotics operational data (e.g., LIDAR, imaging, counter-UAS)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high attention to detail

Preferred

- Experience with project management tools and document control systems

- Background in robotics, aviation, utilities, infrastructure, or defense

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (Mechanical or Aeronautical preferred)

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
