As a Halo Right-of-Way Agent, your work will directly impact the successful development of energy infrastructure across multiple states. You’ll operate autonomously in the field while having the support of a project team that respects your experience and values your contributions.
on property ownership, easements, and encumbrances using courthouse records, GIS, and client data
that clearly track ownership, acreage, and signature requirements for each easement or agreement
to walk through project details, address concerns, and negotiate fair and respectful agreements
while ensuring compliance with state-specific and client-mandated requirements
on landowner communication, ownership gaps, or title challenges that may delay project milestones
using project tracking systems, ensuring transparency and consistency across all documentation
We’re looking for seasoned professionals who know what it takes to get the job done right—people who are skilled in landowner interaction, confident in courthouse research, and unphased by tough timelines or fieldwork logistics.
, including surface acquisition, public utility negotiation, or landowner outreach in the oil & gas or energy sector
You start your day reviewing assignments, maps, and title pulls for your target area. After prepping document packets and confirming appointments, you hit the road—maybe a remote property in rural Ohio or a long-standing landowner in West Virginia. You spend time walking through the easement, answering questions, and ensuring the landowner feels respected and informed.
Back in the truck, you sync with your project coordinator, enter updates into your tracker, and flag any issues needing escalation. Whether you're resolving a tricky title discrepancy, identifying access constraints, or celebrating another completed signature—you’re out front, making deals happen and keeping the project moving.
