Right of Way Acquisition Agent

GFT is seeking a Right of Way Acquisition Agent to support a variety of projects in the Central Region. This role follows a Hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Columbus office.

Responsibilities:

What you'll be challenged to do:

The right candidate has a background and working knowledge of Federal, State, and municipal agencies rules and regulations; develops and maintains excellent external relations and effectively communicate the company's position on sometimes adversarial issues to regulatory agencies and ensures the procedures, processes of our clients are adhered to. They will utilize experience and fundamental understating of issues related to land acquisitions and encroachments to maintain compliance.

Compensation:

The Salary range for this position is $23.00-$25.00/hr. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
