At Halo Land Management, we help bring critical infrastructure projects to life — and we do it the right way. As a Right of Way Agent in Ohio, you'll play a key role in helping clients access land for energy, broadband, transportation, and utility development. Whether it’s farmland in Northwest Ohio, suburban parcels outside Columbus, or industrial properties near Cleveland — you’ll be the face of progress, ensuring every handshake, contract, and landowner conversation is rooted in trust.

We’re looking for someone who knows Ohio’s land — its people, property laws, and county systems. If you’re a natural communicator, experienced in negotiation, and thrive in the field, we’d love to talk.

You start your day reviewing parcel maps from Medina County and checking in with the project manager on agreement status. By late morning, you're in the field — meeting with a landowner near Dayton to walk their property and discuss easement terms. After lunch, you follow up with stakeholders on pending documents and log updates in the CRM. By evening, you’re home — ready to plan the next day’s route to sites outside Toledo or Canton.
