Build the Future of Pennsylvania — One Landowner at a Time
At Halo Land Management, we know that progress happens on the ground. We’re looking for a Right of Way Agent based in Pennsylvania to help unlock the land access needed for major infrastructure projects — from energy and utilities to broadband and transportation. Your mission? Navigate conversations, build trust, and negotiate the agreements that make these projects possible — all while representing Halo with integrity, professionalism, and local knowledge.
Whether you’re rolling through the farmland of Lancaster, meeting with stakeholders in Pittsburgh, or mapping parcels in the mountains of central PA — you’re the boots-on-the-ground force keeping everything moving forward.
•️ A Day in the Life: Right Here in PA
As a Right of Way Agent in Pennsylvania, your days are filled with purpose and variety. You may start your morning reviewing plats and title documents from a courthouse database in Centre County, then hit the road to visit a landowner in rural Westmoreland. By lunch, you’re explaining an easement agreement over coffee in Altoona. In the afternoon, you’re updating your team, prepping docs, and planning tomorrow’s site visits near Harrisburg.
You are a relationship builder, deal closer, and regional expert — all in one.
What You’ll Do
•Represent Halo as the face of our clients’ projects to local property owners and community stakeholders.
•Negotiate easements and land use agreements with transparency and respect — win-win outcomes are the goal.
•Interpret PA-specific land documents: plats, deeds, easement maps, and legal descriptions.
•Research public records in Pennsylvania counties to confirm ownership, title history, and parcel boundaries.
•Prepare and deliver agreement documents, explaining scope, compensation, and timelines clearly.
•Make independent decisions in the field — all within client and company guidelines.
•Provide regular updates and collaborate with Halo’s internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
•Travel locally across Pennsylvania to project areas as needed.
✅ What You Bring
•Experience in right-of-way, land acquisition, real estate, or title research, especially in Pennsylvania.
•Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
•Familiarity with Pennsylvania land and property laws, townships, and county systems is a plus.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, mapping tools, and remote communication platforms.
•Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
•You are based in Pennsylvania and comfortable traveling within the state.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Why Join Halo?
•Real Projects, Real Impact – Work on infrastructure projects that shape Pennsylvania’s communities.
•Career Growth – Join a growing company with room to expand your skills and responsibilities.
•️ Supportive Team Culture – You're backed by a team that values transparency, integrity, and getting the job done right.
•Flexible, Field-Focused Work – We trust our agents to manage their time and make smart, independent decisions in the field.
️ Homegrown Advantage
We value local insight — and we’re looking for someone who knows Pennsylvania, not just as a map but as a community. If you’re ready to work hard, build relationships, and drive real change across the Keystone State, we want you on our team.
