Position Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, self-driven Retail Team Manager to take charge of building and leading an in-store solar appointment setting team inside a major retail location.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be on the floor, actively setting appointments, recruiting and developing your team, and driving performance every single day. No base pay—but unlimited earning potential through a top-tier commission structure paid 2 times per week and NO CHARGEBACKS on personal sets!
What You’ll Do
•Build, train, and lead a team of in-store appointment setters
•Set the tone and energy daily through leadership and personal example
•Coach team members to effectively engage shoppers and schedule in-home solar consultations
•Track team performance and manage goals/KPIs
•Collaborate with upper leadership to scale operations across multiple locations
•Recruit top talent and create a culture of accountability and high performance
What You Bring
•Leadership experience in a retail or sales setting (solar experience is a plus, but not required)
•Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re building a team and treating this like your business
•Strong communication and people skills – you’re magnetic and motivating
•Willingness to work retail hours (including weekends)

Compensation
Average managers earn $150K+ annually, with top performers earning $300,000+
(Paid per sales assist + overrides on team production)
