Position Overview

We’re looking for a field-tested, high-energy leader to run and grow an outside appointment setting team. As a Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for building a crew of door-to-door solar appointment setters, training them, leading from the front, and holding everyone accountable to big goals.

This is a 100% commission role—but for the right person, the earning potential and leadership opportunity are massive.
