Position Overview

As an In‑Store Lead Generator, you’ll engage with shoppers inside partnered retail locations to spark interest in Fante’s Home Services and schedule appointments for our HVAC sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, thrive in a busy environment, and love the idea of helping homeowners solve comfort and efficiency issues, this role is for you. The location of the retail stores you will support are

- Mount Laurel, NJ

- Cherry Hill, NJ

- Warminster, PA

What You’ll Do

- Proactively engage customers in-store with a friendly, confident approach

- Create awareness of Fante’s HVAC products and services

- Ask qualifying questions to identify homeowners’ heating and cooling needs

- Capture customer information and schedule in‑home appointments for our HVAC sales team

- Represent the Fante’s brand with professionalism and personality

- Track leads and document interactions in our CRM

- Collaborate with the HVAC sales team to ensure seamless follow-up

What We’re Looking For

- Outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic personality

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers

- Ability to remain positive, energized, and engaged during shifts

- Goal-driven mindset with a focus on results

- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or promotions is a plus—but not required

- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
