What You'll Do:

•

Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar and energy storage.

•

Consult on solar system design and savings potential (no cold pitching—we value relationships, not pressure tactics)

•

Guide customers from initial interest through signed contract with transparency and care.

•

Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth installation experience.

•

Become a local energy expert and advocate for clean energy in your community.

What We're Looking For:

•

Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.

•

5+ years of consultative sales or customer-facing experience (solar industry not desired).

•

Bachelors degree required

•

Excellent communicator — you explain technical topics simply and clearly.

•

Driven, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

•

Based in San Antonio or the surrounding area.

•

Comfortable with CRM tools and remote collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

•

$72,000 base salary + 4% commission

•

Average on-target earnings (OTE): $100K+ annually
