Commission-Based | M1 Agreement | Remote/Field-Based

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing solar energy team as a Residential Solar Sales Consultant. This role is ideal for self-driven individuals with a passion for clean energy, helping homeowners make the switch to solar while earning a competitive commission based on system sales.
Compensation Structure
Base Commission – M1 at 2.0 Redline
•Example System Sale Price: $3.00 per watt
•Margin Above Redline: $1.00 per watt
Commission Calculation
•You earn 50%–70% of the margin above the redline (based on installer or sales org policy)
•Commission is paid on the M1 milestone (typically upon site survey or NTP depending on installer)
Example @ 60% Split:
•Total Sale Price: $30,000
•Commission (60%): $6,000
Key Responsibilities
•Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
•Conduct consultations (virtual or in-person)
•Prepare and present customized solar proposals
•Manage customer relationships through the sales process
•Coordinate with project and operations teams for seamless customer experience
Qualifications
•Previous solar sales or in-home sales experience preferred
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Self-motivated and organized
•Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
•Must have reliable transportation (for field roles)
