Job Summary

Duties

- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.

- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products effectively.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales with clients.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.

- Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in solar and energy sales, to effectively address customer needs.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales and technical sales environments.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable.

- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
