Solar Sales Representative

Job Description:

What You’ll Do:

- Meet with homeowners remote or in your local area (appointments provided + self-generated leads)

- Educate customers on solar programs (PPA & Lease options)

- Close deals and help families save money on electricity

- Work closely with a high-energy team that’s scaling fast

- (Optional) Recruit and build your own team to earn overrides and long-term residuals

What We’re Looking For:

- No prior solar experience required (training provided)

- Sales or customer service background is a plus

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to win

- Strong communication and people skills

- Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable meeting homeowners locally
