We’re a fast-growing solar sales team working across the Antelope Valley. We’re looking for self-driven individuals who are hungry, coachable, and ready to outwork everyone else. No experience? That’s fine. Some of our top guys make $15k - $20k/month and have been here less than a year.

Pay Range:

- First-year reps can expect to earn $75,000 - $150,000+ with full commission.

- Within 6 months, it’s possible to hit $10k - $15k/month.

- Elite performers can earn $50k–$100k/month within 1-2 years.

This is not an easy job. It’s not for clock-punchers, excuse-makers, or people who “just want to try it out.” This is for people who are obsessed with personal growth, who take full ownership of their results, and who want to be surrounded by other high-performers who push each other every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Knock doors and talk to homeowners about switching to solar (1pm–9pm weekdays, 11am–9pm Saturdays).

- Work in rotating territories across the Antelope Valley.

- Learn high-level communication, sales, and leadership skills from a top-performing team.

- Earn promotions quickly through our Setter → Setter Captain → Closer path.

Requirements:

- Reliable transportation and a phone.

- Willingness to work hard, stay consistent, and hold yourself accountable.

- Must be available to work full-time during the listed hours.

- No experience necessary—just show up hungry and ready to win.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55,805.43 - $120,000.00 per year
