Sky Solar Pro is seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Representative with at

- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads

- Assess energy usage and develop tailored solar proposals

- Present financing options and available incentives clearly and persuasively

- Close sales and guide clients through the contract and installation process

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery

- Stay informed about solar technology trends, market changes, and incentive programs

- Represent Sky Solar Pro with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2 years of solar sales experience with proven success

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Knowledge of solar systems, financing, and incentives

- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience.

Compensation & Benefits

- $5,000 monthly draw + commissions
