We are based out of Madison and cover a wide market so you must have reliable transportation with the ability to transport our windows and doors to the job site. Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Replacement Window and Door Crews to join our team. This is a Subcontractor position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with experience in installing replacement windows and doors in residential settings. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites.

Duties

- Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.

- Execute heavy lifting tasks associated with window and door installation.

- Hang doors accurately, ensuring proper functionality and aesthetics.

- Utilize frame carpentry skills to build or modify frames for windows and doors.

- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot installation issues effectively.

- Use hand tools proficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.

Requirements

- Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance

- Proven experience in window and door installation.

- Tools required to install windows and door to include a metal brake.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

- Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
