About the Role

Global Crypto Energy is seeking an experienced Recruiter to take ownership of the interview and hiring process, working closely with our HR team to help scale recruitment efficiently. This is a performance-based, remote opportunity ideal for a senior-level recruiter looking to earn competitive commission per successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•

Manage and maintain job postings across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph)

•

Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews

•

Follow up with candidates promptly and professionally

•

Organize and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth candidate management

•

Collaborate with the HR team to reduce workload and accelerate the hiring pipeline

•

Track progress and ensure high-quality hires are consistently delivered

What We're Looking For

•

5–10 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

•

Strong ability to source, screen, and close candidates efficiently

•

Organized and proactive communicator

•

Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, or similar)

•

Ability to work remotely but align with the HR team's weekday schedule (U.S. timezone)

•

Experience hiring for sales, admin, or technical roles is a plus

•

Self-motivated, responsive, and results-oriented

•

Bonus: Experience hiring in the utility service or energy sectors

Compensation

•

$250–$500 per successfully onboarded hire

•

Paid per result, with opportunities for consistent ongoing placements

•

No base salary; commission-based contract
