Recruiter will be responsible for the timely and effective completion of assigned GIE current and potential career opportunities. He/she will be responsible for project managing the full life-cycle of career openings from the planning stage through the on-boarding of a new employee. In order to do this, the Recruiter will maintain direct communication with hiring managers while following processes and utilizing tools developed by the Talent Acquisition Team.
