Position Summary:
GTC Vorro Environmental Services (GTC Vorro) is a full-service provider of H2S removal solutions for natural gas streams. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) should have knowledge and experience in sour gas treating or midstream. The RSM will be responsible for securing new business, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, recommending technical solutions, and providing customer sales support.

· Sales Performance: Meet sales goals in assigned geographic areas of responsibility. Ensure that projects sold meet GTC Vorro guidelines by screening opportunities, determining sales strategy, contract negotiation, risk identification, profit potential and analysis, and communication of customer needs and expectations.
· Account Management: Maximize contact with customers and other sources to secure new business and retain existing clients. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for each respective customer. Develop customer opportunities and relationships that support the plan.
· Technical Solutions: Recommend technical solutions that align with customer objectives and the company’s value proposition to establish a competitive advantage.
· Sales Strategy Support: Assist in creating sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and support the company’s vision. Collect and analyze market data including information on competitors to develop appropriate sales strategies.
· Customer Relations: Foster and develop positive customer relationships which result in increased business. Listen to customer needs and assist in the development of project solutions that satisfy those requirements and provide opportunities for GTC Vorro. Regular customer visits to gather intelligence, provide after-sales support and to promote new sales.
· Prepare conference presentation materials and proposals for customers.
· Identify partnering opportunities and apply those opportunities to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships. Be able to identify new product and market opportunities.
· Work with other GTC Vorro personnel to effectively manage current and potential clients’ transactions, data, contacts, etc.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of six years’ industry sales experience, be able to perform each essential duty professionally, use sound judgment, efficient time management, and be knowledgeable with master service agreements and HSE guidelines. Must be available to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university – engineering degree preferred but not required.
Ability to read and interpret technical and commercial documents in English language. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platform such as SharePoint
