As a Senior Recruiter reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for all things talent acquisition related. You'll partner with internal stakeholders to understand their unique needs and create tailored recruitment strategies that deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities•Strategic Recruitment: Develop, implement, and execute tailored recruiting strategies that meet the unique needs of each hiring manager and business unit. Ensure all job descriptions and person specifications are compliant with local law and provide realistic job previews.
•Strategic Talent Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify, engage, and attract high-Caliber talent across diverse channels. Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and CRM platforms, while also building strong pipelines through networking, industry events, employee referrals, and targeted outreach campaigns. Stay ahead of market trends to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
•Campaign Management: Manage recruitment campaigns in compliance with local employment legislation and company policies. Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
•HR Collaboration: Partner effectively with the broader HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall talent management strategies.
•Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners across all levels of the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process, whilst providing a data driven mindset, through presentations and reports.
•Employer Branding: Elevate the company's employer brand through targeted initiatives and campaigns.
•Performance Tracking: Continuously track and report key recruitment metrics, such as requisition status, open positions, agency usage, and time-to-fill, to the regional recruitment manager.
•Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates across multiple regions, providing timely updates and personalized feedback to enhance the overall candidate experience. Ensuring robust talent pooling for current and future hiring demands.
•Additional Projects: Contribute to the development and success of the Global Talent Acquisition function.
Essential Criteria
•4+ Years proven ability to partner with business leaders, understanding their industry-specific challenges and recruitment needs.
•Strong understanding of the nuances and talent profiles within corporate environments, such as Finance, Legal, HR, marketing, including both individual contributor and leadership roles.
•Proven experience recruiting across multiple regions within an inhouse setting.
•Ability to source and attract talent though various sourcing strategies
•Ability to present data and insights in an articulate manner
•Experience of Utilizing Workday ATS
