Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for entry level sales positions within the organization. Responsibilities .
•Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
•Sourcing candidates through all major job platforms.
•Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
•Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth interview process.
•Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
•Assist in managing internal recruiting processes and onboarding new hires.
•Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
•Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as ADP, Salesforce, ATS, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and Linkedin
•Experience or coursework in human resources or related fields is preferred but not required.
•Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes.
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
