Entry Level Recruiter

Position Summary:

As an essential part of our talent acquisition process, the recruiter will support high-volume hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the construction field, including laborers, tradespeople, project managers, and skilled technicians. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in recruitment while making a tangible impact on the growth and success of a dynamic organization.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus but not required. + No prior recruitment experience required, but prior exposure to customer service, staffing, or administrative roles is a plus. + Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable but not mandatory. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates effectively. + Ability to efficiently review a high volume of applicants and quickly assess the candidate’s suitability for the role. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of candidates and positions. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Bamboo (ATS) is a plus. + Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. + Team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude. + High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. + Bilingual/Spanish speaking desired.
