Responsibilities:

Alro is searching for a Quality Coordinator with an enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- charting key measurables;

- coordinating, assigning and monitoring employee monthly training requirements;

- conducting monthly quality meetings;

- monitoring process improvement teams;

- maintaining document control.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will:

- be attentive to detail;

- have strong problem-solving skills;

- be an effective communicator;

- have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;

- be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
