- Purchase materials, tools, and supplies for production and resale.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Assist monitoring inventory levels and forecasting material needs.
- Track and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Implement, maintain, and develop safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Organize/host weekly safety training sessions and maintain training records.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
