Property Maintenance Assistant

Perform duties assigned by management, including, but not limited to:

 Daily upkeep of property and routine maintenance/repairs.

 Assists make-ready staff as required to prepare units for move in.

 Minor electrical, plumbing, flooring, and carpentry repairs.
