Position Description: The Assistant Property Manager at Dwell Communities assists in overseeing property operations, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and administrative duties. This role supports the Property Manager and is vital for fostering thriving community environments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for community building. The role demands a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership skills, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the company's mission and values.
Duties:
•Assist with administrative tasks, including database maintenance, lease administration, property inspections, tenant transitions, and reporting.
•Prioritize community building, maintain tenant and staff relationships, engage in community projects, and support the community coordinator.
•Uphold a people-centric approach, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and respect.
•Exhibit creativity, resourcefulness, and a continuous improvement mindset in processes and procedures.
•Maintain leadership and cooperation within the office and property, fostering a culture of hard work, success, and community engagement.
•Manage all aspects of property maintenance, management, and tenant relations.

Qualifications:
•Two years of experience in an Assistant Manager or Leasing role
•Proven experience in managing teams and multitasking.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office Suite, and social media platforms.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in task management.
•Capable of working under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
•Strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure in all situations.
•Proven ability to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
