We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Assistant to support the management of our residential community. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and enhancing the living experience for residents. Responsibilities
•Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of community facilities, ensuring they are safe and welcoming for all residents.
•Perform residential painting tasks as needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of common areas.
•Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
•Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, including electrical systems and mechanical equipment.
•Utilize schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve issues with community systems.
•Collaborate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
•Engage with residents to address concerns and provide information about community events and services.
Requirements
•Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
•Proficiency in residential painting techniques is a plus.
•Familiarity with electrical systems is desirable.
•Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
•Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving.
